Other things you need to know

• Production time is 4 - 8 weeks depending on the time you order.  We will try our very best to make deadlines for you but cannot guarantee it if the order is placed within less than this time.
• Minimum order is 20 pieces per style and 3 pieces per size.
• Price varies according to quantity.
• Prices include 2 colour prints (1 large and 1 small).  Most modifications are included in the price depending on the style.
• Payment is 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery.
• Sampling is available before production but this takes more time so leave at least 3 weeks to allow for that.
• Sampling is charged at RRP price of item, however if you go on to order production of those pieces the extra cost (above the production cost) is subtracted from the final invoice.
• There is a one-off set up fee of $50 per order.  This covers screen printing, pattern grading and digital mock ups.  When you order that exact design again the fee is waived.
• Freight within Australia is not included in the price
• DWD is not registered for GST therefore you will not be charged GST
