How to Order

We want to make thing as simple as possible for you to order, so here are the steps to follow, but please feel free to ask any questions along the way.  And, please make sure you read the terms and conditions below, it may answer some of your other questions.  One more thing; the size chart for this item is at the very bottom of the page!

1.     Choose the style you like

2.     Don’t have a style you like?  Just contact us to discuss creating a design that best suits your needs

3.     Choose your customisations; fabric colour, print locations, zipper type, thumbholes.  Something else you want?  Just ask, we'll try our best to make it happen.

4.     Send us your logo in the largest size you have in jpeg, pdf or ai format.  If you only have a small file, please include the font

5.     We will send you digital mock ups to approve the design, along with the order form

6.     Decide whether you want to receive a sample before going ahead with production (this adds another few weeks to production time, but ensures your satisfaction with the final product)

7.      Send through your order form, be sure to include your contact, business and delivery details. 

8.      Please keep in mind our minimum order quantities: 24 pieces per style and 6 pieces per size)

9.      Sit back and wait for your new clothing to arrive

10.     Strut through the streets in your fully personalised, fresh new threads

Terms and Conditions

Sampling & costs

Sampling Option 1: Order sample only

• Sample orders are charged at 3 times production cost

Sampling Option 2: Place your full order with a sample first

• Sample charged at normal production price once 50% production deposit has been received

Other sampling things to know

• Sampling usually takes 2 - 3 weeks
• Full custom designs (not from our catalogue) must be sampled before production 
• Full custom designs customers (not using designs from our catalogue) have 2 options (these apply to the garment design, not to the use of your logo which DWD will never use except in a direct order from you).
  • 1. Pay no additional fees (other than sampling costs) and allow DWD to put the design in our catalogue (ie. make the design available to other DWD customers)
  • 2. Pay an exclusivity fee (as well as sampling costs) and DWD will not produce that exact design with other clients. 
• Once the sample has been approved by the customer, any dissatisfaction with the final products, excluding technical errors are not the responsibility of Don’t Walk, Dance
• Digital mock ups without a sample or production run are charged at $50 for 3

Production time and details:

• 3 – 8 weeks from the time the deposit payment has arrived in DWD account depending on the size of the order and production schedule.   At the time you place your order, we will let you know when the estimated delivery date is.
• Every endeavour will be made to deliver your products within a specified timeframe, however DWD can take no responsibility if this does not happen.  If you have a specific deadline, please leave plenty of time for production and sampling, these things can take longer than expected!
• Each production run incurs a once off $50 fee to cover artwork and screen printing set up costs. 
• This is not charged again if the exact same item is ordered.
• Price includes customisation excluding some modifications above the standard design, these will be discussed when your quote is given.
• Price does not include freight within Australia, unless otherwise stated

Payment Terms:

•  Sample orders are to be paid in full before production commences
• Production orders 50% deposit, 50% within 7 days of delivery
• Payment of any invoice is official recognition and agreement to these terms and conditions as stated here.

• The term Don’t Walk, Dance and the logo are registered trademarks in Australia and the United States of America.
