Shipping Options

Australia - Parcel Post

• Free Shipping

• Delivery is 2-5 business days after being shipped.

• Full tracking available through Australia Post.

Everywhere Else - Standard International

• AUD$20

• Delivery is 1-3 weeks after being shipped, via International and local postal services.

• Tracking available dependant on local postal service.

Delivery Process:  We only ship orders Monday to Friday, during office hours, and do not operate on public holidays.  

We will email you to confirm your order and again when we ship it. Your tracking number will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the courier and / or postal service. We are not liable for any errors made by these services.

Once you have received your parcel, please open it with care. We cannot liable for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.

Returns:  Only 2 things to remember for Returns and Refunds;

• Don’t Walk Dance must receive the item to be returned or refunded within 90 days of you receiving your gear.

• All items must be unworn, unwashed and in ‘as new’ condition. Trying on is fine, but not wearing it down the street for a bit! Unfortunately we can’t accept any items that show signs of being worn.

Refunds: You can choose to;

• Exchange your item for another Don’t Walk, Dance item of the same value. If the new item is more expensive then you have to pay the difference and if it is less expensive we will give you a credit for the remaining value.

• Get a refund for the value of the product, not including postage.

• Get a 110% store credit to be used at your convenience.

What you need to do: When you receive your item and realise it is not exactly what you wanted, for whatever reason, email us at holla@dontwalkdance.net as soon as possible with the details below.  Then post off the item to us, making sure you do it soon enough that it gets to us within 30 days of you receiving the parcel.

Please note that all postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty.

Faulty or wrong item: If Don’t Walk, Dance accidently sends you the wrong item or a faulty one, firstly, we are VERY sorry, but sometimes mistakes do happen.  Secondly, send us an email at holla@dontwalkdance.net to notify us of the mistake, send back the item and we will refund or exchange according to your wishes as well as refund your postage costs.

Sale Items: Sale items cannot be returned or refunded
